Alien Invasion Post Apoc game

I've always loved the Post-apocalyptic genre of films and games. Tried running a couple with limited success.

After watching Falling Skies (a new US TV series), and Battle for Los Angeles, my interest is renewed. I don't want to mimic these shows exactly, but use elements I think works, and run with it.

So, what kind of interest is out there?
