No one fully knows why the dead started to walk. They know it started as an illness that spread rapidly, overwhelming emergency services and then states, and then nations. Some think it was science gone wrong. Others that it was retribution from the heavens for spending too much time looking at Halle Berry's breasts. Others that it was an ancient curse. At the end of the day it just plain doesn't matter. The plague itself seems to have died out, leaving the zombies to inherit the earth. Yet there were survivors and they struggled to form communities again in a world gone mad.

War of the Burning Sky is a high fantasy campaign saga that thrusts the player characters into a war of mythic proportions. Ever-escalating conflicts, powered by mighty magic and fervent faith, threaten the heroes’ freedom and lives, and even the world itself.
